Two of the biggest names in the NBA could be on the move this summer. That would be Milwaukee Bucks star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo and Phoenix Suns star forward Kevin Durant.

Both players have seen their names in plenty of trade rumors as the NBA offseason gets going. Many expect Durant to be moved after another year of underperforming with the Suns, while Antetokounmpo is weighing his future in Milwaukee.
But according to NBA insider Brian Windhorst of ESPN, Durant's future could be directly tied to Antetokounmpo.
"First up will be Giannis, whether or not he leaves Milwaukee, that will be a big thing," Windhorst said. "And then, I really do think Kevin Durant's going to have to wait for Giannis, because there's going to be some teams who are interested in both, so then KD."
For both players, there will be a massive number of trade suitors. But the ones who miss out on Antetokounmpo could then pivot over to Durant.

While Durant is still one of the better players in the NBA today, he will be 37 by the time next season starts. Durant can still help a team win, but his trade value will be significantly lower than what teams will pay to land the services of Antetokounmpo.
"So what I think you're going to see is a number of teams looking to aggressively either upgrade their rosters or offload money, and the series of ripple effects from what could be a Giannis trade and then a KD trade could be wide-ranging," Windhorst said. "You could have a number of teams reacting to that, with star players becoming available."
With both players potentially becoming available this summer, we could see major movement around the NBA. Normally, multiple stars of this level don't move around the league so easily, but this summer feels different.
With the new CBA restrictions now in place, teams could look to offload salaries at a higher rate, giving more drama to an already dramatic league. It should be a wild offseason, and we could be seeing some massive deals go down in the coming months.
