Manchester United player Antony showed his true feelings after Real Betis’ 4-1 Conference League final defeat to Premier League side Chelsea on Wednesday.
Antony left Manchester United during the January window after he fell further down the pecking order under Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim at Old Trafford.
Real Betis swooped in for Antony in January and the Spanish club reportedly agreed to cover a large portion of the 25-year-old Brazilian winger’s wages at United.
Antony struggled to make an impact at Old Trafford after United dropped a hefty initial fee of £82m to sign him from Dutch side Ajax in 2022.
However, the former Ajax ace has been able to turn his fortunes around at Betis and Antony has impressed at times for the Spanish side during his six-month loan spell.
Antony has netted nine times and picked up five assists in 26 matches across all competitions for La Liga outfit Betis in the 2024-25 campaign.

Antony speaks out about his Man Utd future after Real Betis fall short to Chelsea in the UEFA Conference League final in Wroclaw
Antony is set to return to United in June after his loan deal expires and the Betis attacker admitted that he is unsure of his club future at Old Trafford.
“I don’t [know] what will happen in the future, only God knows,” he told CBS Sports Golazo.
“My work is playing and I’m doing that well. I have a lot of affection for Betis, for everyone, but I have a contract with Man United and I don’t know what’s going to happen; only they know what’s happening.
“Now I will go to the national team and then on holiday then we will see what happens in the future.
“I’m very happy here, everyone knows that. I went to sleep and I woke up happy, but I have a contract and I don’t know what’s going to happen.”
Antony is under contract with United until 2027 and Betis did not include an option to make the former Ajax ace’s move permanent at the end of his loan spell.
