Newcastle are among a host of European and Premier League clubs showing interest in a summer move for Paris Saint-Germain forward Lee Kang-in, according to CaughtOffside.
The Magpies, along with Arsenal, Aston Villa, Atletico Madrid and Napoli, have reportedly made contact regarding the 24-year-old’s potential availability as they look to bring in a new wide forward for Eddie Howe this summer.
Lee’s long-term future at PSG appears uncertain, as he struggled for regular game time under Luis Enrique this season and could depart in search of a more prominent role next term.
The South Korea international, who joined the Ligue 1 champions from Mallorca in 2023, is under contract until June 2028.

According to CaughtOffside, Lee’s future at PSG could become one of the hottest topics of the transfer window, with several clubs believed to be targeting the ‘incredible’ forward.
The likes of Atletico and Napoli are reportedly ‘pushing hard’ for his signature, with the Spanish capital side considering a formal approach in the coming weeks.
Lee, however, is said to be prioritising career development over a high-profile destination and would want regular playing time and a manager willing to build around him at his next club.
The 24-year-old started 26 games for PSG this season, scoring six goals and providing six assists in Ligue 1.
Newcastle are expected to bring in a new right-sided forward this summer to complement Alexander Isak and Anthony Gordon.
The Magpies have yet to replace Miguel Almiron, who returned to Atlanta United in January, and are believed to have earmarked Brentford’s Bryan Mbeumo as another option.
