Manchester United are ‘particularly interested’ in a summer move for RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko, German newspaper Bild has claimed.
The Red Devils have reportedly earmarked the Slovenia international as a potential reinforcement up front, but could face tough competition from Arsenal if they decide to step up their interest.
The North London club are believed to be in concrete talks to sign Sesko this summer, as he remains high on Mikel Arteta’s shortlist after being targeted in the January transfer window.
Sesko is expected to leave Leipzig in the coming months or even weeks, despite signing a new four-year deal last year.

According to Bild, Man United took a closer look at Sesko last month during Leipzig’s 3-2 win over Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga.
Red Devils director of football Christopher Vivell was reportedly in the stands to watch the Slovenia international, whom he helped discover and signed for Salzburg in 2019 as a 16-year-old.
Sesko, praised for his 'blistering pace', has just completed his second year with Leipzig and enjoyed a career-best season, scoring 21 goals and providing six assists in 45 appearances.
He also netted four goals against Juventus, Atletico Madrid and Sporting in the Champions League, where Leipzig were surprisingly eliminated in the league phase.
Man United have suffered a blow in their hopes of signing Ipswich Town striker Liam Delap, as the 21-year-old has chosen Chelsea as his preferred destination this summer.
The Red Devils are expected to bring in a new number nine for Ruben Amorim in the coming months and are believed to be considering Crystal Palace forward Jean-Philippe Mateta as another option.
