Harry Maguire expects "a lot of players" to leave United this summer.
United are receptive to offers for just about any player in their squad and there is mounting speculation that captain Bruno Fernandes could lead an exodus amid interest from Saudi Pro League club Al Hilal.
Alejandro Garnacho has been told by head coach Ruben Amorim he can leave, while the permanent departures of fellow forwards Marcus Rashford, Antony and Jadon Sancho have been prioritised.
Maguire had his contract extended until 2026 earlier this year and he captained United for the first time since he was stripped of the armband two years ago in their 1-0 post-season tour defeat to ASEAN All-Stars on Wednesday.
The 32-year-old was substituted at half-time so he could fly to Mumbai with teammates Andre Onana and Diogo Dalot to attend commercial activities. At a press conference in India, Maguire said he hoped "a lot of players will come in".
"We will make a lot of changes in the summer at the club," Maguire promised. "There will be a lot of players who leave and hopefully a lot of players will come in.
