2024/25 Loan Report: How all of Palace’s Loanees have got on this season

Fellow midfielder Jack Wells-Morrison had two different loan spells this season for Wealdstone and Solihull Moors in the National League.

He made 33 appearances in total for both sides across all competitions, gaining crucial first-team experience, playing both as a midfielder and as a left-back towards the end of his spell on loan at Solihull Moors.

Centre-back Chris Francis was also on loan in the National League for Dagenham & Redbridge from January onwards, where he also earned vital forest-team minutes.

He played in 12 games for the Daggers, keeping three clean sheets, though he and his side were narrowly relegated on the final day of the campaign, missing out on safety by a single point.

Jemiah Umolu earned a loan move to Port Vale in January, where he made nine appearances off the bench. This was the young striker’s first experience of first-team football, and he also registered an assist in a 5-0 win over Bromley, helping Vale to promotion.

Winger Asher Agbinone, who made his first-team debut for Palace back in October, earned a loan move to Gillingham for the latter half of the season.

On his debut, he earned the Player of the Match award, and continued to impress in his following games. An unfortunate injury ruled him out for most of his loan move, though he still managed to make six appearances in total.
