Former Town loanee wins UEFA Conference League with Premier League side

Enzo Maresca's came from behind to beat Real Betis 4-1 in Poland, with the Blues being the first foreign team to beat a Spanish side in a final since 2001.

Chalobah started and play the full 90 minutes for Chelsea as they became the first team to complete a clean sweep of European club trophies.

The 25-year-old defender, who recently earned his first England call-up started the season on loan at fellow Premier League side Crystal Palace.

He impressed during his spell at Selhurst Park, scoring three goals in 14 games, before being recalled to Stamford Bridge in January.

Since then, he has been a regular, helping his boyhood club to silverware and Champions League qualification.

Chalobah spent the 2018/19 season at Portman Road, his first senior loan which ended in relegation to League One for Town.

However, he mostly fared well, playing 44 times and scoring one goal during his spell loan spell in Suffolk.
