Man Utd captain Bruno Fernandes could have played his final game for the club.
Ruben Amorim 'thinks' Bruno Fernandes wants to stay at Manchester United amid serious transfer interest from Al-Hilal in the summer transfer window. It is understood the United captain is giving 'serious consideration' to a lucrative summer exit that would see him join the Saudi Pro-League as early as next week.
It is understood Fernandes’ representatives have held 'positive' talks over the last few days regarding a sensational summer exit and Al-Hilal want to have the 30-year-old signed in time to feature for them at the revamped Club World Cup, which begins in the United States next month. The Saudi side face Real Madrid in their opening match of the tournament.
United are understood to be 'relaxed' about the situation, though there is a growing feeling the 30-year-old could decide to leave the club after their failure to qualify for the Champions League. Fernandes was named the Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year for the fourth time after a season in which he netted 19 goals and provided 20 assists.

Ruben Amorim breaks silence on Bruno Fernandes future
Bruno Fernandes captained Manchester United as they came from behind to defeat Hong Kong 3-1 in their final post-season friendly match. It could prove to be his final appearance for the club if Al-Hilal manage to secure his signature before the Club World Cup.
It is understood Fernandes has been offered a staggering €25million (£21m) a year in wages, triple the salary he currently earns at Old Trafford. Al-Hilal are also prepared to pay a rumoured £100m transfer fee for the club captain, which although is a huge fee for a player of his age, might not be enough to convince them to sell a player who is so influential.
Speaking after the match, Amorim was asked whether Fernandes had played his final game for the club. “I don’t think so. I don't know for sure, nobody does, but I don't think so,” he told reporters. “He's seeing us taking some actions to change all the things and I think that is all he asks. I think he wants to stay - he's saying no to a lot of things, he shows that he wants to win. He's really young, he's really good and he needs to be in the best league in the world."
When asked if United could turn down a possible £100 million bid for the midfielder, he added: “Yes. The club can find other ways to make money. I am the manager, the coach, but sometimes it is the decision of the player. Of course I talk with him, I explain things. I just have that feeling. When you talk to someone you get the feeling if they want to stay. He knows what we are doing. The feeling I have every time I speak with him is that he wants to continue for sure with Manchester United, you never know."
