Ruben Amorim is confident Bruno Fernandes hasn’t played his last game for Manchester United amid speculation he is contemplating a move to Al-Hilal.
The Saudi Pro League club are said to be willing to pay a transfer fee in the region of £80million for the 30-year-old who would receive a salary of €25million a year net.
Fernandes started this afternoon’s game which saw United come from behind to secure a 3-1 victory following a second half comeback inspired by former Arsenal youngsters Chido Obi Martin and Isaac Hayden.
Asked after the game if United fans had seen the last of their skipper in action, Amorim gave a confident response.
He said: ‘I don’t think so, I don’t know for sure. Nobody knows but I don’t think so.

Asked if United, who have no European football to look forward to next season were in a position to turn down a huge offer for the 30-year-old, he added: ‘Yes, we can find another way to earn money.
‘Of course I’m the manager, I’m the coach but sometimes it’s the decision of the player. But of course I talk with him, I explain things.
‘I just have that feeling if he wants to stay. Of course in a lot of games this season he was so frustrated but he knows what we are doing.
‘The feeling is every time I speak with him he wants to continue at Manchester United but you never know.’
