Rangers have finally announced their takeover by 49ers Enterprises.
The US consortium has been strongly linked with a move at Ibrox for many months as talks continued to rumble on.
With a number of key figures for the interested party spread across a number of time zones, discussions were made frustrating for Andrew Cavenagh and Co.
This has sparked widespread excitement around the Govan club, with the San Francisco 49ers now sharing their reaction via social media.

With Cavenagh at the helm, there is every reason to hope that money can be better spent moving into the summer window.
After overspending on bit part players like Oscar Cortes and Nedim Bajrami in recent years, a smarter policy could now be utilised.
Having the expertise of the 49ers and their global brand and knowledge will certainly be a massive boost after securing the takeover deal.
