Newcastle United scouts have reportedly watched Mohammed Kudus in action this season, and the West Ham United star is one of several Premier League wingers on their radar.
Kudus has recently been linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League, and GIVEMESPORT sources understand that he has a "special" £120m release clause in his contract. That fee lowers to £85m for Premier League clubs, and the Magpies appear to be admirers of the Ghanaian.
The 24-year-old has been a hit at the London Stadium since arriving from Ajax in the summer of 2023 for £38m. But a big-money departure could be on the horizon and he could stay in the Premier League with a switch to St James' Park.

Scott Wilson of The Northern Echo reports that Kudus is one of three Premier League wingers whom Newcastle have "extensively scouted" this season. They are keen on signing Brentford's Bryan Mbeumo, who is top of their wishlist, and have also been watching Bournemouth's Antoine Semenyo.
Kudus' West Ham future is in doubt amid the club needing to balance the books at the London Stadium. They will aim to make a considerable profit on the money spent on the 42-cap Ghana international, dubbed "world-class", during David Moyes' tenure.
Moyes managed to get the best out of Kudus and called him "fantastic" after his goal in a 3-0 win over Wolves in December 2023. He's experienced a big drop-off in form this season, particularly under Graham Potter, managing just two goals and as many assists in 18 games.
Potter sent the winger a clear message earlier this month. He said, "We can see the talent, we can see the potential, but it’s our responsibility, and his, to try and get more".

Kudus could be viewed as a potential replacement for Harvey Barnes, who is being linked with a move toAston Villa. The Villans view him as a Marcus Rashford replacement after the Manchester United forward's loan expired, and he suggested he'll not be staying.
