Leeds United are hoping to spend big this summer as they look for an exciting future in the Premier League.
A major squad overhaul is set to be put in place for Daniel Farke, with only six Leeds starters safe.
But this doesn’t mean competition won’t be in the frame, and with Paraag Marathe hoping for Europe, he will need to be ruthless.
There is a proposed ambition from the background team, but Leeds fans will want to see their words put into action.
£150m is set to be spent, but one target is being admired by Angus Kinnear as he’s proving to be a nuisance in the 49ers’ plan.

Leeds United target James McAtee having ‘checks made’ on him by Angus Kinnear’s Everton
There is always a risk when you sell a player to a fellow team in the same division, but giving away a vital member of a background staff team could be worse.
This has happened with Kinnear going to Everton this summer, as not only is he now proving to follow Leeds’ targets, but Kinnear also brought Nick Hammond to Everton.
With Leeds and the Toffees both establishing themselves in exciting projects, it seems as though they’ve been matched with many players so far this window.

One of whom is James McAtee, who has been seen as a major target for the Whites, and things have gotten interesting now that McAtee won’t feature in the Club World Cup for Man City.
This ultimately means the midfielder will be leaving the club, but according to MailOnline, Kinnear and Everton are also keen on the 22-year-old.
It’s said that Nottingham Forest and West Ham ‘have also been admirers’ of McAtee, but it’s Everton who are thought to have ‘made checks’ on the player.

It’s not only McAtee that Kinnear is disrupting for Leeds
The trend this summer seems to be heading a way that Leeds fans won’t enjoy, and that’s seeing a lot of Kinnear.
Not only is McAtee now related to both clubs, but Beto has been seen as a target for Leeds, with Kinnear playing a major role with the Everton striker.
But the main concern in Leeds’ camp is landing target Gustavo Hamer, as it’s been made clear Everton also want Hamer.
In Leeds’ case, they might prefer Hamer over McAtee, who is not only cheaper, but he might also bring more success.
James McAtee’s 24/25 statistics (£35m) Gustavo Hamer’s 24/25 statistics (£20m)
Games played/started 26/8 43
Goal involvements 7 (7G+0A) 16 (9G+7A)
Chances created 8 72
Pass accuracy % 85.8% 72.5%
Touches in opposition box per 90 5.14 2.27
McAtee has shown signs though, and there are factors on both players’ sides for them to sign.
The Whites’ hierarchy will be hoping they can land at least one of these, but Kinnear and Everton are proving to be tricky competition.
