Residents of Stamford Bridge Beaumont care home - including two with farming backgrounds and one former mechanic - watched the tractors drive through the village, with the spectacle helped "by a cool pint from the local pub," in the words of a spokesperson.
Emma Smith, general manager at the care home, said: "Our residents have really enjoyed their day out today.
"We knew that the tractor run would bring back some wonderful memories and promote like-minded conversation, which it certainly did.
"We are always looking for new activities for the residents and today we have seen the enjoyment that the tractors brought to the gentlemen with farming and mechanical backgrounds."
Stamford Bridge Beaumont care home is run by Barchester Healthcare and provides residential care, nursing care, and dementia care for 97 residents.
