Everton are ready for their move to the Hill Dickinson Stadium ahead of the new Premier League season in August.
Started by Farhad Moshiri, the Friedkin Group stepped in at the perfect time to finish the project on Bramley-Moore Dock, securing deals that wouldn’t harm them in the process.
Everton have agreed on a £10million-per-year naming rights deal with the international law firm, which is among the best in world football.

Everton agree huge deal
Dan Plumley admits that despite some fans being unhappy with the name, the deal itself is “huge” for Everton in financial terms.
The football finance expert revealed that Arsenal’s deal with Emirates is slightly higher, but would still have been impressed if an agreement half the price had been signed by the Toffees.

“It’s a brilliant deal,” Plumley exclusively told Goodison News.
“If it is £10million-a-year, that’s a huge deal and fair play to Everton for pulling that off.
“That’s a really good number in terms of what those deals tend to go for if you look at other clubs around the world as well, it’s a good marker.
“I think Arsenal’s is still slightly higher, and Manchester City’s, at last count, was something like 17m euros, and Atletico Madrid signed a similar deal to that one.
“It’s absolutely up there, and I’d have been impressed if they got £5-7m a year, but £10m is a really good deal.”

Friedkins transform Everton already
From the dark days of Moshiri and Alisher Usmanov, it is refreshing that the Friedkins have come in and immediately delivered, on and off the pitch.
Bringing back David Moyes was a masterclass by the Americans, with Angus Kinnear also coming in at boardroom level and making significant changes.
With PSR troubles hopefully a thing of the past, massive deals such as this with Hill Dickinson will push Everton to a brighter financial future too, which appeared miles away only last year.
With Carlos Alcaraz already signed permanently and more transfers to come, Everton has been transformed on and off the pitch.
