Incoming Real Madrid head coach Xabi Alonso has sanctioned a fresh addition to his coaching staff in Spain’s capital.
That’s according to Blancos insider Mario Cortegana of The Athletic, who points towards Tristan Celador as the individual in question.
Celador, for his part, has been on the books at the Santiago Bernabéu in some capacity for over 20 years now.
This past season, he was part of the backroom staff with Real Madrid Femenino, with Celador’s work having culminated in a recommendation on the part of Alonso’s assistant manager, Sebas Parrilla.
And, evidently, the latest installation on the bench in Spain’s capital has since been convinced, too, set to afford Celador a place on his staff as an analyst for the 2025/26 campaign.
As per a report from the aforementioned Mario Cortegana:
‘Tristan Celador set to join Xabi Alonso’s staff at Real Madrid as analyst and with a focus on individualised work.’
