PSG fans celebrated their Champions League victory with a classy tribute to Luis Enrique and his late daughter Xana – and the heartwarming moment that Enrique clocked it was captured by TV cameras.
Enrique masterminded the biggest ever winning margin in a Champions League final when his side destroyed Inter 5-0 to lift the trophy for the first time ever.
Emotional scenes naturally followed with Enrique held aloft by the players for delivering one of the finest moments in PSG's history.
It was a particularly poignant night for Spanish Enrique who has spoken extensively about his daughter Xana who tragically passed after a battle with bone cancer, aged nine, in 2019.
Xana was by Enrique's side when he celebrated on the pitch after his last Champions League win with Barcelona in 2015 and he said in the buildup to this one, ten years on, that she'd be with him in spirit this time.
And after the full-time whistle, PSG fans rolled out a huge tifo paying tribute to Enrique and his late daughter.

Speaking before the game an emotional Enrique said: “My daughter loved parties and I’m sure where she is, she’s still having parties.
“And I remember an incredible photo I have of her in the Champions League final in Berlin, after winning the Champions League, putting the flag of FC Barcelona in the pitch. I have the wish to be able to do the same with Paris Saint-Germain.
“My daughter won’t be there, but she will be… she won’t be there physically, but she will be spiritually and that, for me, is very important.”

It all came as Enrique’s bold decision to end the flashy megastar era - dubbed the bling years - and replace it with a young, vibrant and sassy new model was vindicated in sensational style.
Desire Doue to be precise as the 19-year-old wide man produced a performance fitting for the occasion topped off by two goals and an assist as the French champions blasted into a 2-0 lead after just 20 minutes.
The €50m signing from Rennes was magnificent in Munich. But he wasn’t alone as Enrique’s side finally lifted the prize they’ve craved for years.
It means PSG are the first European team since Celtic in 1967 to complete a quadruple after lifting the Ligue 1 title, the French Super Cup and French Cup in a season of complete dominance.

To rub salt into the wounds for Simone Inzaghi’s side it was former Inter man Achraf Hakimi who set them on their way with a 12th minute opener before Doue doubled and then trebled the lead. Kvaratskhelia added a fourth and sub Senny Mayulu a fifth to complete the mauling.
In doing so Enrique joins Pep Guardiola as the only manager to win two trebles with two different clubs.
