The Indiana Pacers are hoping to close out the New York Knicks in Game 6 on Saturday night. After losing by 15 in Game 5, they are hoping to play much better at home.
Game 5 saw the Pacers play their worst game of the playoffs. It was also the best defensive effort the Knicks have given this postseason.
Tyrese Haliburton was terrible in Game 5 after having a monster Game 4. Just one game after putting up 32 points, 12 rebounds, and 15 assists, he had just eight points and six assists.
Haliburton promised that he would be better while talking to the media following that abysmal performance in the Game 5 loss.
Game 6 is in Indiana, and the Knicks have to win to keep their season alive. Haliburton wants to kill their season, and he dressed for a funeral ahead of Game 6.
When players wear all black prior to a game, they are dressing for a funeral, meaning that they are celebrating the death of the other team's season.
There is certainly no doubt what Haliburton is doing here. He is a young player with a lot of swagger, so he is very intentional with everything that he does.
New York is confident that they have found the key to slowing down Haliburton and rendering him less effective than he has been in most of this series.

If the Knicks are able to win this game, they will feel supremely confident that they will be able to complete a comeback after being down 3-1 in this series.
Game 7 would be on Monday in Madison Square Garden, if necessary. It's clear by his outfit that Haliburton has no intention of letting that happen.
Haliburton is the one that drives the entire offensive engine of the Pacers. If the Knicks can stop him, they stop the entire offense.
How the Pacers are able to defend Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns will be key to this game, as well. Both of them have killed the Pacers during the entire series.
Indiana has played very well at home over the last two years in the postseason. They feel that they can beat anyone in Gainbridge Fieldhouse behind the energy of the crowd.
So far this postseason, Haliburton is averaging 18.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 9.5 assists per game.
