It's been one of the worst-kept secrets in the Premier League this week that Liam Delap will be joining Chelsea.
The Ipswich Town striker made his decision in the aftermath of the season, as the Blues secured Champions League qualification before wrapping up the Conference League trophy with a win over Real Betis.
According to reports, the striker will be undergoing his medical today ahead of completing his move. While it's currently unclear when official confirmation will take place, it shouldn't take too long.
