Ipswich Town have made an “initial request” to find out how much Manchester City want for Divin Mubama, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The teenager only moved to the Etihad from West Ham last summer but he played an integral role in helping City’s Under 21s win the Premier League 2 title.
Mubama has a promising future ahead of him and Romano says that the forward’s asking price is £10m.

In addition to Ipswich, the 20-year-old is also attracting interest from Ligue One side Lille.
Mubama would replace a former City player
Ipswich are keen to strengthen their forward line following the news that Liam Delap will leave Portman Road and join Chelsea for £30m. The Blues are set to trigger a release clause in the England Under 21 international’s contract that became active when the Tractor Boys were relegated.
Delap was sold by City for £20m last year and they included their own buyback clause in the agreement. However, Pep Guardiola’s side have chosen not to activate it.
Who else could leave the Etihad this summer?
It is expected to be a summer of change in Manchester. In addition to Kevin De Bruyne departing on a free transfer, Kyle Walker is also set to be offloaded on a permanent basis following the return from his loan spell at AC Milan.
The status of goalkeeper Ederson is in question too. The Brazilian international had offers from Saudi Arabia last year and they are likely to renew their interest over the coming weeks.
Club chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak says the Cityzens are hoping to do most of their transfer business before the start of the Club World Cup next month:
“I can tell you today, we have clearly identified who exactly are the targets, in what positions, and we have our clear number one option, our clear number two option, and we’ll go about our business, and it will be very clear, very swift.”
