Arsenal are reportedly interested in a move for highly-rated Blackburn Rovers talent Igor Tyjon, according to Alan Nixon.
The Gunners have boasted an array of special youth talent in recent years, with Bukayo Saka a standout academy graduate, alongside Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly, who have emerged as first-team players more recently.
Boss Mikel Arteta and his entourage are eager to plan for the future of the club and have identified Tyjon as a potential youth option up front.

As per Nixon, via his Patreon, Arsenal are considering a move for Blackburn Rovers' Tyjon. The Championship outfit is expected to demand a significant fee for their player, who they consider a prized asset in their academy, and Arsenal are prepared to fork out a fee of over £1 million for the 17-year-old's services.
Dubbed "eye-catching", Tyjon made two senior appearances for the Rovers in the league last season and has been labelled as the club's most-talented player sinceAdam Wharton. Manchester United were reportedly keen on landing him last summer, but the England and Poland youth international decided to stay put at Ewood Park instead.

A number of youth prospects have been offered a path into the first-team in recent years at Arsenal, which is why Tyjon could see a swap to the Emirates as beneficial for his career.
Meanwhile, the North Londoners are eager to add a striker prospect to their youth team, after Chido Obi-Martin decided to switch allegiance to Manchester United's academy set-up last summer.
