Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes has been videoed with Al-Hilal player João Cancelo today with transfer rumours around Fernandes moving to Al-Hilal from United during the summer transfer window still in the air.
The 30 year old has been a key player this season and arguably Manchester United’s best player with the midfielder scoring 8 goals and assisting on 10 occasions during the course of the 2024-25 Premier League campaign.

The United star has been well-reported to be currently considering the prospect of a move to Al-Hilal and is reported to be open to the project that the Saudi Pro League side are proposing. However, the Portuguese international apparently still needs to persuade his family to go through with the move.
The 30 year old has been reported to be close to the move but only time will tell in the prospect of this move going through successfully.
However, even if this video seems to suggest that Fernandes is moving closer to a move to the Saudi Arabian side, we must consider that Fernandes and Cancelo are both teammates on the Portuguese national team.
This could therefore make the video harmless and instead of suggesting that Fernandes is closer to moving towards a transfer to Al-Hilal, it could denote two international teammates and close friends simply spending time together.
But, with the Portuguese star looking closer to the move and reported to have been given another week to make a choice as Al-Hilal apparently becoming more impatient with the deal, the midfielder is clearly in demand and could even be under pressure to make the correct choice – both for his career and his personal life.
