Tyrese Haliburton Trolls Knicks Fans with 3-Word Message After Reaching NBA Finals

The Indiana Pacers entered Saturday night with a 3-2 series lead and a golden opportunity to close out the series on their home floor—and they did just that, advancing to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2000. Led by Tyrese Haliburton and Eastern Conference Finals MVP Pascal Siakam, the Pacers sealed the deal in dominant fashion.

Although the game was close at halftime, with Indiana holding just a four-point lead, the third quarter proved to be the turning point. Backup big man Thomas Bryant, who had barely been in the rotation all series, came off the bench and drilled three consecutive three-pointers. His unexpected spark helped push the Pacers’ lead into double digits, and they never looked back, cruising to a 125–108 victory.

On Sunday, Haliburton took to social media to post a video with the caption: "'Cers in 6."

The video began with footage of Knicks fans yelling in the streets, followed by clips of them throwing trash at a Pacers fan Haliburton had personally invited to Game 4 after seeing him in a viral video.

The montage also included a shot of Knicks fans stomping on a doll with Haliburton’s face on it—before cutting to a highlight reel of Haliburton’s Game 6 performance, which officially ended New York’s season.

This marks Tyrese Haliburton’s first appearance in the NBA Finals. In Game 6, he delivered a stellar performance with 21 points, 13 assists, six rebounds, and three steals, while Pascal Siakam led all scorers with 31 points.

Now, Indiana faces its toughest challenge yet: a matchup with the No. 1 seed Oklahoma City Thunder. The Thunder finished the regular season with a league-best 68–14 record and are coming off a dominant showing in the Western Conference Finals, where they defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves in five games.

Game 1 of the NBA Finals is scheduled for Thursday night at 8:30 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on ESPN and ABC.
