Mike Keegan has officially revealed Manchester United’s transfer budget ahead of what is expected to be a busy summer period with arrivals and departures across the squad.
This follows United’s official announcement that the club had managed to sign Matheus Cunha from Wolves for a fee reported to be £62.5 million with the medical of the striker taking place yesterday, as centredevils exclusively reported.
With a another striker, a midfielder and a number 10 also high on the list of signing wants this summer by United, the club may have to make some sales to add to their reported £125 million transfer budget.
This could include the departure of key names such as Alejandro Garnacho who is reported to have interest off Napoli and Kobbie Mainoo who has reportedly attracted interest from Chelsea
This could free up essential funds which can aid the Red Devils in their bid to build a strong enough squad to challenge at the top end of the Premier League table next season and in domestic competitions such as the FA Cup and EFL Cup.
