Rasmus Højlund agent relations seen as Manchester United exit route–Doesn’t sound financially promising

Rasmus Højlund endured a very frustrating 2024/25 season at Manchester United and a summer exit would surprise few.

Interest from Inter Milan has been widely covered in the past few days and more has emerged about their interest in the Dane, from three different sources across Italy.

Calciomercato believe the striker is ‘unhappy’ at Manchester United and is looking for a new club.

There is some optimism regarding a move to Inter because his agent is said to have excellent relations with the Nerazzurri and this can aid a potential transfer.

Doubts exist about whether Simone Inzaghi’s side can find the right agreement with Manchester United and that’s mirrored by Corriere dello Sport.

They believe the Denmark international has climbed above Joshua Zirkzee on Inter’s shortlist, but it is uncertain whether the Red Devils would sanction a loan deal or not.

Gazzetta dello Sport provide their own take and they claim Inter will not be able to but Højlund immediately.

They would want an initial loan but as the other sources point out, there is a concern about whether a move like that can work out for Manchester United.

One thing that everyone seems certain about is that the forward is quickly emerging as a key target, above his teammate Joshua Zirkzee, and a move can be attempted soon.
