Good morning, Cleveland Browns fans!
It's June Second, and you know what that means. More salary cap money! YES! I don't know what we're going to do with the extra $9.8 million, but it will probably be... um... nothing. Still, it's nice to have a bit more cap space to start the day, right?
How can today be a bad day with more cap space? Don't ask Dalvin Tomlinson or Juan Thornhill because they might be grumpy about it. But everyone else should be positively beaming.
It's not like the Massive Morning Missive add to this glee, as we're dealing with a paucity of new information, given the Browns' unavailability since last Wednesday. Granted, the team will be available next Wednesday, which means we'll get another wildly popular but wildly misleading set of quarterback statistics from a local radio station to generate conversation not tied to reality.
So, we've got that to look forward to.
THE DAILY SHEDEUR: Everyone's favorite fifth-round draft pick didn't make any news himself on Sunday, although I saw some mentions of a quote from him about offering to help head coach Kevin Stefanski every day.
Other than that, we're left to watch his Dad, Deion "Prime Time" Sanders, carry the ball, thanks to an interview with Asante Samuel. In the interview, Sanders admits that the pre-draft attacks on his sons "hurt". So, there's that.
Lots of money

Also, The Athletic discusses what they saw from Sanders (and the other quarterbacks) over on their site ($), and CBS Sports speculates that the Browns will take an offensive and defensive lineman in the 2026 draft rather than a quarterback. Hmmm. Unusual.
Meanwhile, since five quarterbacks aren't enough, the USA Today folks are still beating the Kirk Cousins-to-Cleveland drum.
BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!
Have a good one! GO BROWNS!
