Released Ipswich Town youngster Alan Fleischer has joined Heybridge Swifts after a loan spell there last season.
The 17-year-old goalkeeper moved temporarily to the Essex side in January but an ankle injury ended his spell early.Â
Fleischer then wasn't offered new terms at Portman Road, having been with the Blues since under-9s, becoming a full-academy player in 2023.
He spent time on trial with Sunderland towards the end of April, where he featured for the Black Cats' under-18s side.Â
