With Moyes being Scottish, it doesn’t come as a surprise that the Toffees manager wants to look at the aspiring stars from his home country.

The red side of Merseyside were happy for him to stay on loan at Boro last season to continue his development, but the idea now is that his ‘readiness’ for Liverpool’s first-team will be assessed in pre-season this summer.
