There’s a claim in the Turkish media that Galatasaray forward Barış Alper Yılmaz will soon make a decision on his future.
The 24-year-old has been linked with a move to the Premier League this summer following strong links to West Ham United and Nottingham Forest.
Sabah today report on the latest developments regarding Yılmaz, following recent claims he could leave Galatasaray this summer. The player has gone on record to say he’s keen to move to bigger league in Europe.
According to Sabah, the winger will decide on his future after the upcoming internationals. Turkey are set to play USA and Mexico in friendly games this week.
Again, West Ham and Nottingham Forest are reported to be interested in signing Yılmaz, but it will take an offer in the region of €30m to convince Galatasaray to sell.
There have been reports in the past couple of weeks that both English sides have made approaches for the forward ahead of the summer transfer window.
Yılmaz has made 32 Super Lig appearances for Gala this season, scoring 12 goals. He’s contracted until June 2027, but it seems Cimbom could look to cash in on him this summer if the right offer comes in.
