Manchester City remain keen to sign Newcastle United star Tino Livramento.
Livramento is one of Newcastle United’s most important players and will be crucial for next season’s Champions League campaign.
Newcastle paid £32million for Livramento and it has proven to be a bargain. Equally as capable as a left-back as he is on the right, the 22-year-old looks like a player the club can build around for many years to come.
Still, there has been speculation over his future. Man City want to sign Livramento despite the fact Newcastle have given no indication they are willing to sell.
On Monday, Fabrizio Romano shared some further insight but Newcastle fans may not need to be concerned.

Tino Livramento to Man City latest transfer news
Romano revealed that Livramento is still one of City’s main targets at full-back.
While the noted transfer insider again stressed that signing the player will be difficult and that Newcastle hope to keep him, Romano claimed City’s interest remains despite the fact they are closing in on a deal to sign Wolves defender Rayan Ait-Nouri.
The main targets for Manchester City at fullback positions remain Tino Livramento and Rayan Ait-Nouri.
Talks to advance soon for Ait-Nouri with move expected to happen, City are very confident as revealed days ago.

Newcastle United would go to drastic measures to keep Tino Livramento
Newcastle would rather sell Anthony Gordon than Livramento, so supporters should remain relaxed despite the interest from the Etihad Stadium.
That’s just how important he is. Clearly, it doesn’t mean they will cash in on Gordon, it just offers an indication as to Newcastle’s firm stance on Livramento.
City have walked away from deals when they deem them too expensive before. As per BBC Sport, they’ve refused to pursue moves for the likes of Florian Wirtz, Fred, Jorginho, Harry Kane and Frenkie De Jong when costs have risen too high for their liking.
Luckily, Newcastle do not need to sell their best players this summer, so it’s not as if the Manchester giants could even pounce upon any PSR issues at St James’ Park.
Unless a truly gargantuan offer emerges, it’s hard to see Newcastle relenting over Livramento.
