As far as the national opinion on what the Sixers might do at pick No. 3, it seems to be all over the place. The only report that’s truly been shot down (thankfully) is the idea that the Sixers would move the pick for 36-year-old Kevin Durant or another old star. Everything else seems to be on the table.
As I wrote in a column on Friday, whether Daryl Morey is still forming a plan or is simply keeping the plan to himself, it’s a good thing for the Sixers. As we all know, the draft basically starts with pick No. 3. There are several good options.
