Chelsea prepared for mass exodus with 13 stars linked with exit

Chelsea are set to have a very busy summer transfer window. They are ready for a mass exodus as they have made 13 players available for sale.

The Blues are back in the Champions League. Enzo Maresca will now be backed to bring in players of his choice. As of now, the club have already signed Geovany Quenda, Darrio Essugo and Liam Delap. Many more are expected to join the club very soon.

Chelsea set to part ways with 13 players

According to The Guardian, the Blues can be seen parting ways with 13 players. Many of these players are already away on loan. Some are not playing regularly whereas some have not been able to impress.

Firstly, the Blues can make two keepers namely – Sanchez and Petrovic available in market. But, they are also said to not sign a new keeper. Hence, the Club World Cup can be the last chance for any of them to make their future secure at Stamford Bridge.

On the other hand, Chelsea are set for major overhaul in defence. As per the report, they can sell all Veiga, Disasi, Fofana and Chilwell. Veiga is away on loan at Juventus, Disasi is at Aston Villa whereas Chilwell is at Crystal Palace. Lastly, Fofana has been highly injury prone due to which club is worried.

Later the report adds that the Blues can also part ways with Chukwuemeka and Ugochukwu in midfield department. They are set to welcome Darrio Essugo and Andrey Santos. It will be interesting to see if they sign another midfielder.

Lastly, the report mentions attackers that can get sold by the Blues. All Sterling, Nkunku, Felix and Madueke are being linked with away moves. Sterling and Felix are already away on loan. Nkunku is keen to leave whereas Madueke has not been able to stay consistent.
