Stephen Curry says he's open to a future in broadcasting but plans to take his time exploring the right opportunity after his playing career ends.
Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry isn't retiring yet, but don't be surprised to see him in the media spotlight when the time comes. Curry recently said he would "for sure" consider a broadcasting role, though he doesn't plan to rush into it.

"I would be more patient," Curry told CNBC, referencing how former NFL quarterback Tom Brady went straight into the Fox broadcast booth after retiring.
He also pointed to his current teammate, Draymond Green, who has balanced his playing career with a role as an NBA analyst on TNT Sports and his podcast.
"I think about what would be the right opportunity for me, 'cause I want to be all in on anything that I do," Curry said. "Right now, just doing your homework on the different pathways and options that might be available."

Curry is no stranger to the screen.
Through his production company, Unanimous Media, he has already made a name for himself in front of the camera. His work includes the Apple TV+ documentary "Stephen Curry: Underrated" and the Peacock sitcom "Mr. Throwback."
At 37 years old, Steph is still focused on basketball.
He signed a one-year, $62.6 million extension with the Warriors last year, keeping him under contract through 2027.
When he eventually moves into media, it will be out of passion—not necessity. After all, he's had the NBA's highest base salary since 2017.
