Everton have confirmed two new pre-season matches as the club’s summer continues to take shape. David Moyes' squad are due to head out to the USA next month for the marquee Premier League Summer Series.
The Blues will play in New Jersey, Chicago and Atlanta. But they will not be their first matches of the summer, with trips to Accrington Stanley and Blackburn Rovers now in the diary.
Moyes is keen to start work early this summer as he attempts to get what should be a new-look squad to gel. With that being the case, the Everton manager will take his team to League Two side Stanley on Tuesday, July 15 (7.45pm kick-off).
They will then travel to Championship side Blackburn Rovers days later, playing at Ewood Park on the afternoon of Saturday, July 19 (3pm kick-off).
Following those matches, the Blues will cross the Atlantic for games against Bournemouth, West Ham United and Manchester United before returning for final preparations for the first campaign at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Everton will find out their fixture calendar - including the first league visitors to their stunning new stadium - on June 18.
