Sky: Allegri and Tare want Juventus full-back if Theo is sold – the details

Theo Hernandez appears to be getting close to joining Al-Hilal, and AC Milan already have his replacement in mind.

It seems that Theo’s exit is a distinct possibility after six years as a Milan player. A meeting took place a few days ago at Casa Milan between the management and his agent Manuel Garcia Quillon, and now rumours of a move away are intensifying rapidly.

In fact, several major sources reported late on Monday that Milan have accepted a bid from Al-Hilal for the Frenchman. It is worth €35m in total, which is broken down into €30m guaranteed plus €5m in potential add-ons.

Theo out, Cambiaso in?

According to the latest from Sky, Theo is ‘close to joining Al-Hilal’, the club that are also negotiating to bring Simone Inzaghi in as their new head coach with what would be a huge contract.

As a replacement for Theo on the left side, the source add that Andrea Cambiaso is very popular. The Juventus defender would be Massimiliano Allegri’s first choice and he coached him in 2023-24.

The new sporting director Igli Tare likes him a lot too, and Di Marzio confirms the interest. it remains to be seen whether Juve would consider selling to a direct rival and what their asking price would be.

Over the course of the season that has just finished, the Italy international made 42 appearances, scoring two goals and providing five assists, which drew winter interest from Manchester City.
