Chicago had a real problem with defense last year and James could really help solve that problem.
As for the Warriors, they have a tremendous amount of payroll invested in their veterans and they need to make a cost-effective addition that could make a difference. James could certainly fill that bill for Golden State GM and former Duke star Mike Dunleavy.
Finally, Phoenix has the #29 and the #52 picks and there’s a reasonable chance that Tyrese Proctor or James will be available at #52.
