Valle spent the first half of the last season on loan at Celtic before moving to Como in the January transfer window.
The young Spaniard made a big impression during the second half of the campaign in Italy, convincing Fabregas & co. to pull the trigger on his €6 million release clause.
With the first summer departure confirmed, Barcelona will hope to finalise the exits of other out-of-favour players like Ansu Fati and Inaki Pena soon to further boost their finances.
