West Ham face a pivotal summer if they are to build on a woeful Premier League campaign.
The Hammers have taken the first steps in reassembling their squad by releasing Lukasz Fabianski, Danny Ings, and Vladimir Coufal.
However, there are concerns that the Irons could lose their star player, with Jarrod Bowen linked with a West Ham exit.
That is the last thing supporters will want to hear, especially when Graham Potter is already struggling as manager.

West Ham could sell Bowen during current transfer window
As West Ham prepare to make much-needed progress in the transfer market, a significant overhaul is underway with several long-serving players already out the door.

However, that will not be the end of players departing the London Stadium, with Mohammed Kudus also linked with an exit.
Finance expert Dan Plumley has addressed the big-name exits in East London as well as Bowen’s future and problems facing Potter at Rush Green.
“You get to those points sometimes with squads,” he exclusively told West Ham Zone.
“You can see some of the names there that have run down their contracts.
“I think West Ham is going to be an interesting one this summer. There are other little subplots as well.
“You’ve got Jarrod Bowen as the big asset there, and it’s not beyond the realm of possibilities that a big club comes in for him or there are offers to entice him away, and then the manager situation seems a little tense.

“It’s not quite working out, and there has been stuff coming out that suggests all is not well.
“You’ve got the playing side of things and naturally, some of those players will need to move on, and you do get those summers where you go through big restructures in your squad.”

The Hammers must retain Bowen at all costs
Although West Ham need to restructure their squad, Bowen must be kept to lead the London club through choppy waters.
The forward has been the Irons’ talisman for several years and has provided supporters with their best moments.
Given the Hammers’ current predicament, though, rival clubs could be tempted to pounce on the 28-year-old.
Newcastle United and Tottenham have both been credited with interest, and both will be playing Champions League football next term.
While West Ham had to let some significant names go, they simply must hold on to Bowen.
