Cleveland’s coming off a 3-14 season and has lost starters Deshaun Watson, Nick Chubb, Amari Cooper, Jedrick Wills, Juan Thornhill, Dalvin Tomlinson, Za’Darius Smith and Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah from that team.
Head coach Kevin Stefanski and GM Andrew Berry have produced a 40-44 record in 5 seasons.
The veterans report to mandatory minicamp next week.
