It almost feels certain that Manchester United are set to have a new player donning the number 10 jersey next season.
Even if no one dons it, one would guess that it will definitely not be Marcus Rashford who will be wearing that jersey.

The English attacker who came through the academy at Old Trafford seems to have no future at the club and might have to say goodbye to the place he has called home for all these years. Ruben Amorim does not fancy Rashford and loaned him to Aston Villa these past months.
Despite his form being patchy at best and inconsistent at best over the past couple of years, interest in Rashford has not diminished. As per Spanish publication AS, the player is best positioned to seal an exit from Man Utd and join Barcelona this summer.
Barcelona come calling for Rashford
Hansi Flick’s Barcelona have been interested in the English forward for quite some time now. Sporting director Deco is keen to sign a new left winger who could give some rest to Raphinha and Rashford along with Luis Diaz are the Spanish club’s preferred options.
Man Utd are expected to be demanding a transfer fee of around £40.5million (48 million euros) to part ways with the player this summer but they would be fortunate to get anywhere close to that. Everyone knows that the Red Devils need the sale more than they need the player.
Rashford is one of the highest earners at Man Utd and if he is not a part of their plans, United simply cannot afford to continue to keep him at those wages. The player is also an academy graduate and can be sold for pure profit.
Man Utd have already been ambitious ahead of the summer, bringing in players like Matheus Cunha and if Rashford doesn’t have a future here, it is more important for them to move him on than stick out until someone meets his asking price.
Barcelona have financial issues of its own, and it remains to be seen if they are able to make an offer to sign Rashford.
Should he fit into the FFP rules, one can expect the Spanish club to make a serious push and let’s wait and see how long it takes for Man Utd to move on the Englishman.
