What the Spurs will do with the second pick

The San Antonio Spurs find themselves in the driver's seat with three weeks to go until the 2025 NBA Draft. They hold the second and fourteen overall picks, plenty of future assets, and young players to build around the star duo of Victor Wembanyama and De’Aaron Fox. Life is pretty good for Spurs fans... so why is this time of year _still_ so stressful?

Waiting for the offseason is filled with thoughts of endless opportunities, a fountain of fake trades, and enough smoke to clear an apartment complex. More than most summers, the Spurs find themselves smack dab in the middle of it all. That conversation starts with their lucky number two pick.

Will San Antonio package it up for a superstar like Giannis Antetokounmpo or Kevin Durant? Should they take Dylan Harper despite having multiple guards on the roster? Could they trade down to gather more assets and still grab a quality young player? There are questions aplenty and no answers for at least a few more weeks.

While we twiddle our thumbs waiting for the results, let’s have some fun and see what the consensus is. What do _you_ think the Spurs should do with the second overall pick? Vote in the survey below and sound off in the comment section. We’ll review the results later this week.
