Kenny Clark’s 2024 season for the Green Bay Packers was not ideal as he recorded his worst season statistically. His Week 1 performance during that season set the tone for him.

The defensive tackle suffered a foot injury in the opening week while playing an international game against the Philadelphia Eagles. He blamed the turf at the Neo Quimica Arena in Sao Paulo for it.
“It was trash, man. I’ve played in snow, I’ve played in rain, I ain’t never played on a surface like that,” he said back in September.
“There was like clay coming out of the ground. You got holes in the ground. It was a tough surface to play on.”

That statement earned the ire of Brazilian fans and now, although he does not categorically take it back, he refuses to speak ill of the Brazilian field again.
“I ain’t going to answer that question. Yeah, I got all the Brazilians on me, so,” said Clark who appeared to be in good spirit after the OTA.
Kenny Clark is raring to play healthy again
Clark had his worst NFL season last year, recording just 37 tackles which is the lowest since he turned pro. He described that year as a “tough year for me.”
The 29-year-old already underwent surgery for that injured foot and he is now all about moving forward.

“It was a tough year for me,” Clark said.
“I had surgery on my foot in January, so yeah, it was a tough year. But I’m excited. I’m back out practicing, back doing [individual drills], so today was my second day doing indy with the team, and just have to keep building forward.”
