This week has been dominated by Bruno Fernandes' future and the uncertainty surrounding that following interest from Saudi Arabia giants Al-Hilal.
However, news emerged that the Portuguese had turned down an approach from the Gulf, in order to achieve success in Europe. The deal was said to be in the region of £100million but speaking during Tuesday's press conference, the 30-year-old emphasised his intent to continue at the top level.
United are also pushing ahead with their interest in Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo. Already, Ruben Amorim has welcomed Matheus Cunha into the fold as they look to bolster their ranks in a bid to surge up the table.
But there are also some key outgoings to deal with at Old Trafford. Yesterday, it was confirmed that Chelsea would be buying out of their loan agreement for Jadon Sancho, meaning he will now return to United ahead of a possible summer exit.
There are also question marks over Marcus Rashford and Antony, who both spent the remainder of the season on loan away from Greater Manchester. But Rasmus Hojlund is also in the headlines following reported interest from Inter Milan.
The summer transfer window is officially open but will temporarily close on June 10 ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup, before reopening on June 16.
