Wolves are looking to strengthen their squad ahead of 2025/26 and are facing one of their biggest summers in recent times.
After staving off relegation fairly comfortably, fans now want to see the club kick on.
Many have huge faith in Vitor Pereira to take the team to the next level after what he did at Molineux in 2025, but Fosun simply have to back the Portuguese.
Matt Hobbs could now leave Wolves with the club dissolving the sporting director role in favour of a more fluid recruitment restructure, so it remains to be seen if this will be a good or bad thing.
Wolves are currently targeting several positions, with a new striker on the agenda. Especially with Fabio Silva likely to be leaving Wolves.
Jorgen Strand Larsen needs cover and competition, and Wolves look to be turning to the French market once.

It’s been reported by L’Equipe that Wolves are one of several teams interested in a potential move for Lucas Stassin of Saint-Etienne.
Saint-Etienne endured a disappointing season in 2024/25, as they went straight back down to Ligue 2 after their promotion last year.

But Stassin was one of their bright sparks, scoring 14 goals across all competitions. He also had eight assists to boot.
Saint-Etienne don’t want to lose Stassin, but they may ultimately have no choice but to sell given how many clubs are keen.
At the moment, French clubs like Lille, Paris FC, Stade Rennais, and Olympique Marseille are all looking at Stassin. There is also interest from RB Leipzig, Sporting CP.
And from the Premier League, Wolves and West Ham United are both keen.
Apparently, West Ham have made steps to sign the talented 20-year-old and are currently leading the race, which is not ideal for Wanderers.
Wolves could land a gem in Stassin, but there’s work to do
Fans ought to welcome the links to Stassin, as the young Belgian is a player with a very big future.
14 goals last season was an impressive haul from the youngster, who was recently the subject of a feature on the official Ligue 1 website.
In that piece, he is described as someone who ‘demonstrated an uncanny knack for being in the right place at the right time’, and a ‘fox in the box’.
It’s also claimed he shows ‘predatory instincts’.
It remains to be seen if Wolves will now make an official approach or bid for Stassin. But given how Wolves operate in the transfer market, with Wolves liking young players with high potential, then surely there will be a reasonable chance of that happening.
