The future of Everton forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin is yet to be decided as he enters the final month of his contract.
As it stands, the 28-year-old is set to leave the Toffees at the end of his contract after nine years on Merseyside.
This season has been one Dominic Calvert-Lewin would rather forget. Just three goals in 26 Premier League appearances, and one since David Moyes’ arrival, means the Scot may need convincing to keep him at the club next season.
Everton News understands that Calvert-Lewin’s new deal is nowhere near completion. However, Everton are still willing to make a deal with the striker to keep him at the club. The England international has interest in England and abroad, including teams in the MLS, who will be able to pay his significant wage demands.
Calvert-Lewin is open to signing a new deal with Everton, but he must act fast as his current deal runs out in less than a month.
With his future still decided, journalist Alan Myers has shared his view on whether Calvert-Lewin will stay at Everton.

Alan Myers shares his Dominic Calvert-Lewin contract verdict
Calvert-Lewin lost his place in the starting XI to Beto this season, with the towering striker finally showing why he was brought to the club in 2023.
Moyes wants a new striker at Everton this summer as he believes his goalscoring options are very weak. Should Calvert-Lewin sign a new deal with the Toffees, there is a chance he will fall down the pecking order if a new striker comes through the door.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin wants to reunite with Richarlison
No matter what, Everton fans will be informed of Calvert-Lewin’s future this month, just like they will be for several other players, like Seamus Coleman and Michael Keane.
Their exits mean that Moyes can bring new players in, and even grant returns for some former players. Richarlison has been linked to Everton, although a move is believed to be doubtful.

However, it is a move that would please many, Calvert-Lewin included.
