Everton are showing interest in a summer move for former Newcastle and Fulham striker Aleksandar Mitrovic, journalist Ben Jacobs has revealed.
The Toffees are reportedly monitoring the Al-Hilal forward’s situation closely, as he could depart Saudi Arabia in the coming weeks.
Al-Hilal are focused on bringing in reinforcements ahead of the Club World Cup and will also need to offload some first-team stars to remain within the foreign player quota.
It is believed the Riyadh-based club would be prepared to sell or loan Mitrovic, whose representatives are set to meet with Al-Hilal officials on Tuesday to discuss his future.

According to Jacobs, Mitrovic is being eyed by at least three Premier League clubs amid growing uncertainty over his future in Saudi, with Everton, West Ham and Manchester United all monitoring the situation.
The 'unbelievable' Serbia international has also received an enquiry from AC Milan and would reportedly be willing to take a pay cut from his current £405,000-a-week wages for a return to Europe.
Al-Hilal are believed to value Mitrovic at around £40m and are braced for summer offers as they look to bring in a new number nine ahead of the Club World Cup.
Mitrovic has been prolific since his move to Al-Hilal from Fulham in 2023, scoring 68 goals and providing 15 assists in 79 appearances across all competitions.
Everton are expected to bring in a new number nine this summer as they look set to part ways with Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
The English forward’s contract expires at the end of the month and the Toffees are unlikely to offer an extension.
