Romano: Chelsea low-ball Milan with €10m offer for Maignan – huge gap exists

There is a huge gap between AC Milan and Chelsea regarding the valuation of Mike Maignan, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Maignan’s contract with Milan expires in just over 12 months, and despite reports of a verbal agreement being in place over an extension, things went quiet and have remained at a standstill for months now.

Chelsea’s low-ball offer

According to the latest from Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea and Milan are ‘not close on valuation’ for Maignan. The Diavolo want around €30m to sell a goalkeeper who is the starter for the French national team and has been one of the best in Europe.
