Ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup, Manchester City will have to take big decision about the make-up of their squad.
In terms of trying to sign players, Pep Guardiola’s men have been very proactive, with Tijjani Reijnders, Rayan Cherki and Rayan Ait-Nouri all heavily linked with summer moves.
Cherki has agreed personal terms with Manchester City while Reijnders has admitted he could join Pep Guardiola’s side.
As far as outgoings are concerned, Kevin De Bruyne is set to join Napoli this summer.
Jack Grealish set to be excluded from Man City’s Club World Cup squad
Jack Grealish’s future is uncertain as well and now, it has been revealed by The Telegraph that the Manchester City winger could be left out of Pep Guardiola’s squad for the Club World Cup.
With Pep Guardiola hinting the “unbelievable” Grealish could leave, City are believed to hold the opinion that taking the 29-year-old to the United States when he may depart the Etihad Stadium would not suit any of the parties involved.

The report also claims that the Sky Blues would be happy to help the 29-year-old to find his next club.
Manchester City could sell Grealish for £43 million and due to their admiration for the player, they are willing to hand him the summer to choose his next destination.
Once the former Aston Villa winger leaves the Etihad Stadium, there are not expected to be any hard feelings from City’s standpoint, who wish him well for his future.

Napoli are eyeing Grealish and journalist Dean Jones claimed that Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa that also keen on signing him: “It looks like Grealish is on his way out of Man City. He’s been struggling for minutes, and with new attacking signings lined up, it feels like his time is up. He could be part of a full-blown English exodus from the Etihad, with Kyle Walker, John Stones, and Kalvin Phillips all progressing moves elsewhere. The question is whether Grealish leaves on loan or permanently. Newcastle, Spurs, AC Milan, and Napoli are all watching this closely.”
Aston Villa are interested in Grealish as well and whether he fancies a return to his boyhood club remains to be seen.
