Man Utd and Chelsea suffer massive blow as Man City agree deal for transfer target
Manchester City have reportedly agreed a £46.3million deal to sign AC Milan midfielder Tijjani Reijnders.
City have moved to add strength to their midfield and appear to have beaten Manchester United and Chelsea to the signing of the 26-year-old Netherlands international.
It was previously reported that personal terms were verbally agreed earlier this week, and an agreement has now been struck between the two clubs, with some outlets reporting the total fee could rise to £59m.

With Rodri sidelined for most of the season, Pep Guardiola opted not to start £50m January signing Nico Gonzalez in centre midfield for the FA Cup final defeat against Crystal Palace.
Instead playing attacking midfielders Bernardo Silva and Kevin De Bruyne in deeper roles.
