The Chargers signed outside linebacker **[Bud Dupree](https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/D/DuprAl00.htm?utm_medium=linker&utm_source=www.profootballrumors.com&utm_campaign=2025-06-04_pfr)** to a two-year, $6MM contract last year, and after some decent production coming off the bench, the veteran pass rusher will avoid playing 2025 on a contract year. The team made the announcement today that they have extended Dupree’s contract by one year. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network adds that the additional year will be worth the same amount as his initial contract with the team, earning him an additional $6MM.
