Jadon Sancho of Chelsea looks on

Gary Neville has delivered a blunt transfer message to Jadon Sancho in the wake of Chelsea deciding not to sign him permanently from Manchester United.
Aston Villa have been linked with Sancho following his exit from Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea chose not to make Sancho’s loan from Old Trafford permanent and will pay a £5m penalty to opt out of their obligation to buy the 25-year-old.
While Enzo Maresca’s side finished fourth in the Premier League to qualify for next season’s Champions League and also won the Europa Conference League, Sancho’s form was inconsistent.
"With Jadon Sancho, Manchester United have to make sure they part ways with him," Neville said, on The Overlap show, It's Called Soccer.
"From Jadon's point of view, he has to make sure he parts ways with Manchester United."
Neville also discussed the future of Marcus Rashford, who spent the second half of the season on loan at Villa from United.
Villa had negotiated a £40m purchase option for Rashford with the Red Devils as part of his loan agreement.
"Marcus Rashford has to leave Manchester United. That ship has sailed and he needs to find himself another club," added Neville.
"I would worry that Villa haven't announced they're keeping him already, because that would be an easy deal to do with United if they were planning on keeping him.
"It sounds to me that Villa aren't going to keep him and he's going to end up back at United, but I hope for the club and Marcus' sake, it feels like that path has come to an end."
